We’re Committed to Your Safety
Your health and safety is a top priority for us. We have reimagined our educational experience, networking and events in new ways to ensure that our community – no matter the level of travel confidence, medical state or health risk level – can learn, grow and be inspired at VMX 2022.
Safety Precautions Your health and safety are the top priority for us. We have designed our in-person educational experiences, networking and events in new ways to ensure that our community can learn, grow, and be inspired at VMX. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and will follow advice from the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, our partners at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and Orlando Health to provide a safe and healthy VMX experience. The following details and guidelines are subject to change based on recommended health and safety policies. The following are as of Jan. 4, 2022.
COVID Risk Statement
Before you register, please note:
Public health agencies warn some individuals may be at increased risk in public places. Some government health organizations recommend people 65 years and older, those who live in nursing homes or long-term care facilities, and people with underlying medical conditions (particularly if not well controlled) should either remain home or keep their distance from others. We encourage those at increased risk to attend VMX Virtual.
All attendees need to abide by all guidelines and recommendations to ensure their own health and safety and to ensure the health and safety of others.
Even with precautions in place, there is still some risk of exposure to COVID-19. We are committed to keeping you healthy and safe and have taken a number of precautions, including those recommended by applicable health authorities, but we cannot guarantee you won’t be exposed to COVID-19.
